Refund and Cancellation Policy
How to stop paying, when money comes back, and what happens to your records afterwards.
Last updated 4 August 2026
1. In short
Cancel whenever you like, keep access until the end of the period you paid for, and ask us for a refund within 14 days of a charge if the product is not what you needed. The sections below are the detail.
2. How to cancel
You can cancel in any of these ways:
- from Subscription settings inside the application;
- through the link in any invoice email from Paddle;
- by emailing support@renvoro.app from the address on the account.
Cancelling stops the next renewal. There is no cancellation fee and no notice period.
3. After you cancel
- Your plan stays fully active until the end of the period already paid for.
- After that, the workspace moves to read-only: you can view and export, but not create.
- Your properties, reservations, and financial history remain exportable for 12 months.
- Resubscribing within those 12 months restores everything exactly as it was.
4. When we refund
We give a full refund when:
- you ask within 14 days of your first payment on a plan, for any reason;
- you were charged after cancelling;
- you were charged twice for the same period;
- a fault on our side made the service substantially unusable for a significant part of the period, and we could not fix it.
For annual plans cancelled after the first 14 days, we refund the unused whole months on request, at our discretion, where you have not used the plan meaningfully in that period.
5. When we do not refund
- Periods you have already used, beyond the cases listed above.
- Charges older than 90 days, unless the law requires otherwise.
- Accounts closed by us for a serious breach of the Terms of Service.
- Loss caused by data you entered incorrectly — Renvoro records what you give it.
6. Consumer withdrawal rights
If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days. Because access to the service begins immediately, you are asked at checkout to agree that supply starts at once, which means the withdrawal right ends once supply has begun. Our own 14-day refund promise in section 4 applies regardless, and nothing here limits your statutory rights.
7. How to request, and how long it takes
Email support@renvoro.app with the email address on the account and the invoice number. You can also contact Paddle directly, since Paddle is the merchant of record and issues the refund.
- We respond within 2 business days.
- Approved refunds are issued within 5 business days.
- Money reaches your card or account within a further 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
- Refunds go back to the original payment method. We cannot send them anywhere else.
8. Upgrades and downgrades
Upgrades take effect immediately and you pay only the prorated difference for the days remaining in the period. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal; we do not refund the difference for the current period, because you keep the higher plan until then.
9. Failed payments
If a renewal fails, Paddle retries over several days and emails you. If it still fails, paid features are suspended, but nothing is deleted and the export window in section 3 applies as if you had cancelled.

Before you publish: the response and refund windows above are commitments a Paddle reviewer will read as promises. Keep them only if you can meet them, replace every highlighted placeholder, and check the consumer-rights section against the law where your customers are. This is not legal advice. Delete this notice afterwards.
